Stainless Steel Foldable Filter Cartridge Filter

The foldable filter is an emerging membrane separation filter with a cylindrical structure, made entirely of stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. It uses a foldable filter element to filter liquids, gases, particles above 0.1μm, and bacteria. It offers high filtration precision, fast filtration speed, low adsorption, no media shedding, no leakage, resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, easy cleaning, and backwashing capabilities. It is an ideal filtration device for industries such as biopharmaceutical pure water, beverages, biochemical water treatment, and environmental protection. Filtration precision ranges from 0.1-60μm. Available lengths: 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches (i.e., 250, 500, 750, 1000mm). These filter elements can withstand a pressure of 0.42 MPa and are backwashable. Connection methods include insert type (222 and 226 sockets) and flat nozzle type.
